What we collect
When you contact ScaleLab AI, we may collect your name, email address, callback phone number, business type, service interests, message, and the information you choose to share with our AI assistant. We also collect basic website usage information through Google Analytics, such as pages visited, device type, and general location.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, recommend relevant services, operate and improve our website and AI assistant, prevent misuse, and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Contact-form submissions are processed by Formspree. AI-assistant messages are processed through our hosted backend and Anthropic's AI services. Website analytics are processed by Google Analytics. Hosting and email providers may also process information as needed to deliver these services.
Storage and retention
AI-assistant lead details may be stored on our application server and sent to our business email. Contact-form submissions are retained in Formspree and our email systems. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we control, subject to applicable Canadian law. You may also choose not to use the contact form or AI assistant and contact us directly by email.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Some providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
